Using Rubrics to Score Academic Expectations

First of all - Thanks to Karina Frey for suggesting this!

1. In Gradebook Select Library

2. Change Unit to Assignment
3. Type in Academic Expectations
4. Deselect your class
5. Search

6. Select Academic Expectations- MACINTOSH

(note: you may have to toggle to page 2)

7. Select Version 1

8. Add to Section

9. Step 1 of 3, click next at bottom of screen, in next window click Add/Remove, in the following screen click the blue Add button to add  your classes. Then click next at the bottom of the screen

10. Add the Academic Expectations

11. Click on the edit button next to the Academic Expectations Rubric

12. Delete the AEs you are not using for your assignment. If there is a red exclamation mark it it a rubric that you are not using and you will need to delete it.

13. In your gradebook - Click the shutter to open the assignment
14. Click Evaluate Work

15. In the Rubric Click Fill for the level of achievement. Scroll down for each AE
16. Click Next to score the next student
17. Save and Close when done.
